Very noisy on our first day (other hotel guests running around, slamming doors, playing hockey in the hall). Good breakfast options, and it was good to have tea and coffee available. Nice fitness centre. Pool was okay. Bed was comfy. Shower was missing the glass partition, I think, so we had excess water on the floor every time.

My room AC was very noisy. A big headache. The breakfast options were not much. Other than that all was pleasant. The rooms were clean, staff were nice. They also accommodated us with earlier check in.

This was my first time at this hotel. It was quite nice, I'll likely stay there again. Nice & close to PrairieLand Park & walking distance to a number of restaurants.

Large rooms, comfortable beds. No dining, food or lounge options. Breakfast was included but it would have been nice to eat off real plates and with real etensils instead of plastic...kind of cheap and tacky. Breakfast was just okay.

Overall nice place to stay… need some work done on the door locks as keys consistently get deprogrammed…. Very inconvenient to have to wait around for new keys and maintenance. Air conditioning very noisy…otherwise clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast was tasty

Well we don’t like to close to elevator and we were. Noisy from other patrons in hallway Friday nite….hockey or ringette I think. Could hear from upper floor too… footsteps on floor. Bagels were terrible at breakfast. Buffet was just ok… nothing special. Nice muffins or bacon…. Cut up fruit would be nice too.

Around the hotel could be cleaner. Back door exit should require room key to enter. Only locked after certain hours but pretty open all day for anyone to come into hotel unnoticed. Breakfast could be better. The eggs are all little crumbles and meat is not very appetising Should have stay and play offers for Casino
