However, I was surprised to be contacted the day before to be told I had to pay in cash even though room was secured on credit card!! The room was nice and clean with a big balcony, although the shower head was a little broken so only the center stream worked and the AC so loud we turned it off. "We had a great time at Hotel Kristina in Imperia for the 2nd time.The staff is very nice and helpfull and the breakfast was great with cakes, croissants and fresh coffee etc. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was big (we had an oceanview room).
