This unit is located in the Tropical Waves complex at the edge of the Las Palmas neighborhood. Despite its location, the complex is just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach and the Pueblito plazas, which are right across the street from the beach. In Pueblito North and South, guests can enjoy various restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and a newly opened bar called The Wave, which has become quite popular. For more entertainment and shopping, guests can take a 15 to 20-minute walk to downtown, where a vibrant selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, beach bars, and grocery store chains await.

The spacious living room offers ample seating and a Smart TV for entertainment. The open-style kitchen is modern and fully equipped with contemporary appliances, with additional seating available for guests just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bathroom accessible from the living room area. For your convenience, beach chairs are provided for guests, and there is a washer and dryer available for public use in the Rancho area of the complex.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
