"The property is well maintained and the entire grounds in this location are beautiful! There are many swimming pools around the complex The condo was impeccable and was perfect for our family vacation. It was great to have a bbq grill and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. I loved that we could catch a shuttle on the property which took us to the club resort area. We especially loved the beach area at their club resort property. We were very happy with this property! "

"This unique property was such a relaxing picturesque setting for our winter escape. Beds are so comfy, A/C is amazing, kitchen is so well kitted out, and the view is unbeatable. It's location makes it easy to explore northern Costa Rica's highlights as day trips, and return to the comforts of home nightly. For complete relaxation, club amenities, and silence, this is your place. A car is definitely needed / recommended. The caretaker / maintenance man is AMAZING. You're in good hands."

"I can't say enough nice things about this gorgeous property! The view is incredible, it has a great location near the restaurants and beaches, the house management team is super responsive and helpful and the security staff on property were so friendly and kind! A pool directly outside of the apartment was an added bonus! Check-In was a breeze, as was check-out. I'd rent this property again and again! Thank you so much for such an incredible week!"

"We stayed for 2 months and the unit was perfect for our needs. The location was great. Being right by the pool was perfect. Unit had practically everything you could need to cook, which we did often. The neighbors were friendly and nice. Rich Coast Vacations were great to deal with on all levels. "My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and booked the stay relatively last minute (about 6 weeks out). The location of the unit is on the first floor of one of the buildings that is close to the pool bar and at the end of the building, so it is quieter than being right in front of the pool. It was great being able to walk out from the patio to the pool area and not have to go up and down the stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a blender, a juicer, and anything you need to cook...

"Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins. "
