"The room was spacious and spotless. Beautiful updated room with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Only negative is shower water pressure was sub par. The water was hot but the water came out with not much force. The breakfast was exceptional. Anything you want. Fresh donuts muffins waffles pancakes omelets made by request with several varieties. Hot or cold cereal. Fresh fruit and an extensive selection of juices. Everything presented beautifully. The staff was there to answer any questions. The property is located within walking distance to town. Plenty of parking. We only stayed 1 night and did not have time to use the gym or pool.A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be back"

"I liked that it is close to downtown Saratoga Springs. I did not like that my check in took very long because an employee registered another guest under my reservation. Ugh! I did not like that the room refrigerator did not work very well, and I really did not like that the curtains did NOT cover the entire window sill letting light in throughout the night and in the morning. I doubt I would stay here again."

"Parking was a breeze. Check in was lovely, the person checking us in was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is immaculate, it smelled clean, and the room was massive. The food was great and there’s lots of other things you can do if you don’t want to gamble. They have a beautiful outdoor fire pit area as well."
