This place was so welcoming!! When I walked in, Gabby, Daly and Cathy spoke with me as if they knew me!! It was one of the nicest greetings I ever received from any place I have stayed!
The room was wonderful and comfortable, so clean as well! The dinner was excellent and the seating was comfy chairs with arms like ones in living rooms others chairs by comfortable as well!!!
It is one of the oldest Inns in Saratoga just lovely!

The room was fine. The bed was squeaky. The elevator did not work for a day hair dryer kept tripping. Other than that. The staff was excellent. The room was very clean and they had a very nice breakfast.
Elevator was out when we arrived. Do something for the inconvenience? We were fine carrying luggage up stairs but a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Otherwise, staff were very good. Room was clean. Charming place.
The room we stayed had so much charm! The hotel is restored from the 1800’s and it is beautifully restored! They serve around the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. They have a bar with entertainment and a restaurant. I have stayed here several times and I was never disappointed.
If you're looking for a charming, old-school inn with really nice, helpful staff in a great location, this is for you. The authentic furnishings throughout the property make you feel like you're lodging with an extended family member - the main areas are warm and inviting, the bar has live music 4 nights a week, and you are within walking distance of lots of great dining and shopping in downtown Saratoga Springs.
Quaint old hotel complete with tiny elevator and sloped floors. It felt like home. Food and drinks in the bar were excellent and the staff was pleasant
Hotel is historical and located in walking distance of shops, restaurants and beautiful park. You could even walk through the park to walk to the racetrack @ 20-min. We were there for a concert at SPAC and were able to easily drive in the back way to the parking area and avoided crazy traffic. The breakfast was Phenomenal! The staff were also very accommodating. The only drawback is limited parking for the hotel itself. Our room which faced the street was a bit loud and this hotel does not have central air for the rooms there are window units which worked ok but not great. I would stay here again for the convenience and the delicious breakfast. There is also a bar onsite with live music on some nights which was very nice!
The staff at this hotel is excellent - they are thoughtful and caring. The building itself is an older, historic structure - lots of character. Though breakfast is not included with the room, it is well worth the very reasonable price - and thoughtfully presented.

Property is historic and in that style. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I was concerned about rugs in halls having several ridges that could cause fall. Should be fixed. Carpet in room was fine,
