What a spectacular hotel! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! My belief is that it is the people who make a spectacular organization and this hotel has the best. The breakfast was made of real eggs with chives! None of those rubbery eggs from other establishments. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was excellent. The bed was spectacular and the shower was excellent! I will be back! Cynthia

The check-in was easy and fast. The lobby was very clean, desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom products were refreshing. Stayed at Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the location was convenient to Saratoga Springs without the crazy downtown prices. Definitely would stay again.

Good hotel.

A really nice and clean modern hotel. Loads of free parking and friendly staff. Its location is not near anything else so a car is needed. The breakfast was the only letdown and plastic plates and cutlery make it feel cheap.

Room was good. Comfy, still a few things could be addressed by maintenance in the bathroom. However, room was spacious, beds comfy and breakfast was excellent. Picked hotel just because of pool/hot tub but they were out of service.So that was sad as it was our main reason for choosing it. There are stores and variety of restaurants near by.
