The hotel was clean. It had two outdoor sitting areas, plus lots of indoors seating. It had a pool and exercise room which I did not have time to use. The room was bigger than expected with a sitting area and desk, plenty of counterspace, etc. All was good.

The front desk staff member went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my stay was exceptional. I arrived around 1 am and was leaving at 5:30 (well before the breakfast start time). The Hyatt feels like an older but stately hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. There was no microwave in the room, but there was a mini fridge. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold items to appeal to all tastes. The welcoming staff made it easy to enjoy and feel comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area. And, it was easy to access highways and to head toward Lake George while quiet and comfortable inside.
