"Our room did not have either microwave or coffee maker."

"First of all there was no elevator to get to the room and my wife is disable she had to climb stairs. Also when we woke up to have a shower there was no hot water available. Parking was poor. I would not stay here again. "

"I don't like this accommodation at all. The reception lady when I checked in was a little bit impatient to me, but she was warm to people in front me and after me. However the reception lady who is responsible for my check out are so warm makes me felt better welcomed. There is a smell of marijuana in the room. Open the door to make sure that it is not the smell coming from the door or outside the balcony. I'm not sure whether someone smoked marijuana in this room before or the smell came from the next room. After 9 p.m., someone smashed the door of the next room and made a loud noise couple times. No one came out to manage it. It makes people feel very unsettled to stay here. I don’t know whether I passed out or fall asleep whole night. But when I woke up in the morning I have a severe headache and my throat feels weird."
