Great location and updated place but hot tub was broken
Half of the trip the hot tub was broken and the pool did not have heat. The owners fully replaced the heater, so hopefully there are no issues going forward. For our trip it took 3 days to resolve.

Great Location
We enjoyed a nice quiet week on the island. Location was so convenient for easy access to the piers, farmer’s market and the great shops. Found a great path for morning walks out to Bean Point. Neighbors like to feed the birds, so you might see some wildlife up close. Only negative might be the robot cleaner that was posted that it Must remain in the pool at all times. Makes swimming a challenge. Had a great stay!

It had everything needed to enjoy yourself. With the weather and water being a little chilly, the heated pool was nice. Very close to the water as well.

Great stay!
We had a great stay as a family of 4. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, about a minute walk to the bay and less than 5 minutes to Pine street. Would definitely stay here again!

Old Anna Maria Setting and Charm
We’ve been coming to AMI for the last decade + … after a brief two year hiatus to other locales we opted to come back. It was a bit disappointing to see how things had changed on the island (very built up) but this place made you feel like it was just like it was 10 years ago. The setting is quiet, the neighbors are fantastic, and the home itself super functional for a family of six (kids aged 13, 9, 6 and 4). The set up in the garage was fantastic for the kids, the pool/spa was actually truly heated (despite a few chilly days) and the kitchen well stocked. We’d definitely consider coming back again!

First time in the area. The beaches were beautiful. House was perfect. Having to leave the vacuum in pool got in the way some, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Will definitely be back
