We booked 2 rooms without looking at the reviews. We arrived later in the evening and had to check in thru a secure window outside. They asked for cash deposit as well as having card on file in case of damage. Bathrooms in great need of paint, hole in wall, hair on faucet, metal rusted, sheets dingy and stained, towels stained, flying bugs. Breakfast sparse. We were shocked that the rooms were like this when they cost $95 each late April and had Wyndham name. Wish I’d read the other reviews before booking. We will no longer trust this name again.

I don't know why this property has such bad reviews. Our stay was wonderful! Our room was completely clean. Stocked with shampoo and soap. Never had any issues. Not the strongest water pressure but it was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was basic but always stocked. Close location to everything. Outside was very busy but never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay again! Hope this helps for people wondering if it's worth it, yes it is!

It is a VERY dated and gross hotel. We had to cancel our stay because of the smell and condition of the room. (Stiff growing on the ceilings). Avoid if possible. Staff was understanding. But overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everyone seemed to be smoking weed. The smell was coming into our unit through the air unit. Late night check in girl was friendly and the pool/grounds guy was very friendly

Our room was dirty with mold growing on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The bedspread and sheets had multiple stains and a chair in the room was ripped, stained and not somewhere you'd want to sit. Furniture was old, banged up and needs to be updated The lampshades had rust stains on them and a floor lamp couldn't be used because the electrical cord was frayed. The security door lock was broken off which gave me an unsafe feeling during my stay. Very disappointed with the overall quality, would never stay there again.

the environment is nice to stay in. I just think they could separate bed and bath linen for smokers and non-smokers because I have allergies and my room had covers that smelled like cigarettes and there were a lot of smokers on the stairs, which is bad.

Convenient to the airport and less expensive than other area hotels. Room was very clean, just outdated. Staff was nice but not overly friendly, but I'm seeing a lot of the service employees are just going through the motions now and not invested in their roles.

I got to the hotel around 4pm on Sunday and was at the front desk returning my room keys within 15 minutes. I arrived with my son, and never felt safe. The room was not suitable for my family. I immediately called hotels.com customer service after letting the receptionist at the hotel, know that I would not be staying, as I did not feel safe. They said I had to deal with Hotels.com, who I called multiple times, and am still waiting for authorization to get credit, as I never stayed at the hotel. Going through Hotels.com, made rectify this bad situation extremely hard, and I’m still waiting for resolution. The hotel was not clean, the facilities were not up to par. In fact, the chain deadbolt was loose and my door jam wasn’t even flush. I would not leave anything in the room if I were to go to work during the day. I explained this to the front desk, who referred me to a manager, Mike. However, they also said I have to work through Hotels.com. Apparently, Hotels.com could not get authorization for credit back to my account, since the hotel didn’t authorize it. I understand. There is a one night penalty fee, which I would’ve happily paid for not even staying there. But I don’t know that I would ever use hotel.com again if this matter is not resolved. I never stayed in the room and don’t plan on returning. I would not recommend to anyone.

The latch on the door the screws were coming off one hard push and Simone would be able to enter moved the chair in the room next to the door for safely and noticed the head rest part of the chair was filthy. Only 2 towels for two people saying 3 night breakfast included consisted of yogurt toast cereal and coffee over all would NOT recommend!
