Interior has Interior has a newly remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances (new pics coming soon), Mexican tiled floors, updated furnishings, an open floor plan with living and family room. Enjoy the gulf breezes on the large brick paver patio. King bed and twin beds. Sleeps 4. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Non smoking unit. Beach access is at Cypress Ave just a few doors away.

Couples retreat
There was a recliner there to provide comfortable sleeping for my spouse. After notifying the office of a kitchen faucet being loose, the repair was taken care of in less than an hour.That is service! Really is a place to just eat or carry out food. Service was very friendly all the places we used. Lot of carts & bike rentals for getting around. Didn't see anyone using wheelchairs during our stay. Can use the roadways; most berms are stoned. Beach access is from Cypress Ave, about two tenths of a mile onto the shoreline. Currently construction of a house across the street. So may need to put up with early morning noise. Beach is not crowded. Great sunsets. City Pier, maybe, a good location with the long pier to view them also. A couples place to retreat to and enjoy the beach.

Great house!
We had a great stay at Case de Playa! The location was absolutely perfect - just a short walk to the beach, and a short bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants on Pine Avenue. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed, and we loved the coastal beach decor! I was especially impressed with all the available kitchen accessories… we cook a lot so we generally travel with a lot of extra kitchen supplies, but we found almost everything we needed in the rental. The bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our 10 and 8 year old kids. Our one complaint is the noise from the construction site across the street from the house, which of course was no fault of the owner or the property. The construction started at 7:00 most mornings, which appears to be the time construction is allowed to start in the area. It just wasn’t ideal to wake up to hammering first thing in the morning while on vacation. On our last day, we actually awoke to a concrete mixer and construction beginning at 6:10am! It wouldn’t have been such a big deal except that the master bedroom faces the front of the house right across from the construction going on. Again, not the fault of the owners at all, but just wasn’t ideal for us! Other than that, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved this property!

Disappointed
This house has a dreary look on the outside. We walked all over the north end and it was by far the ugliest house we saw. No charm at all, not one island decoration or cheery feel to it. We had a bug in the bathtub and black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. ( I do have pictures of that) It had one small frying pan that wobbled so much I had to hold it in place to cook some bacon. Back patio faced the street so not a great spot to relax. Fold up Beach chairs are rusty so we shared the less rusty one. Master bed has seen better days. I don’t recommend this rental.

Perfect getaway
My wife and I booked a last minute honeymoon and the home was perfect. Close walk to the beach access, there were several others a short bike ride away as we rented bikes. We will definitely be coming back to Anna Maria

Great location, older home, but nice
Overall, it was a great stay. Perfect location. House was clean, but it’s definitely showing signs of its age. Only two hiccups for us were, the internet went out all day which required a repairman to come, and the refrigerator took a long time to cool after we stocked it.

Felt like home!
Absolutely LOVED this house! Entire house was extremely well kept, clean and organized. The walk to the beach was super short and we even found another beach access a little further away but was extremely private! Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept also. Really close to everything and had amazing food places. Also renting bikes was only an 8 minute walk which was great and convenient! This island and house will forever hold a special place in my heart. Also everyone on the island is extremely friendly and helpful. Out of everything my favorite part about this house was all the family pictures around and you could tell so many memories and love is in this house! Really felt like home and we loved our entire stay! We will always come back here

Clean Beach Getaway!
The house is extremely clean! The air conditioning also keeps the house cool even when we were in an extreme heat advisory. There were also several necessities in the kitchen - paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, etc. The location just can't be beat and the parking in the back is spacious and convenient.
