"Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. I talked with 5-6 agents and nobody cared about that and my safety. The...
"The inn is located around wonderful rice fields and with views to mount Rinjani. The rooms are basic, and the owner and stuff gives you a friendly service with tips around the area and offering a wide range of plates at the restaurant, which is located over their fish ponds. "

There're MANY warungs nearby this place (also many which aren't at Google maps). So just pick a choice 😉 No need to think you'll have to walk for a long time to have something to eat.
In the evenings it gets cold. So bring warm clothes. Also for the night's.
And good idea to bring a headlamp when you are going out for dinner,...

"Just went one day before hiking Rinjani & the road infront was pretty noisy to try and get a nap - but overall the food at the hotel restaurant was great and a nice little place!"
"Hébergement bon marché, géré par du personnel très jeune, le ménage est "survolé". On vous conseille vivement les chambres du 1er étage. Équipements sommaires (douches équipées que d'un phare de douche par exemple) .
Les chambres dites "standard" sont à éviter, elles sentent le renfermé car pas de circulation d'air.
On pourrais comparer ces chambres à des pseudos caves. La piscine est correct mais petite. 4 transats de dispo. Ce n'est clairement pas l'endroit pour passer une après midi relax à...
"Decent place to stay, bed is comfortable and the rooms are small. Hot shower and western toilet in the room. The price includes breakfast which was very simple but good.
It’s about 10 minutes drive from central Sembalun so keep that in mind as there are not many places to eat nearby.
Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay and rest up for a cheap price I could recommend."

Hotel has surprises during the day.
However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it. "
"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length. "
"We absolutely loved our stay at KOHO Air, the staff could not have been more kind and helpful, the rooms were perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is only 1 -2 min walk from the Main Street and wharf. We loved hiring the bikes and travelling around the island.. we all voted KOHO Air our favourite hotel we have stayed at."

"This was the last stop on the inaugural All Blue Swim Tour, and it couldn't have gone better. Everyone was blown away by the spacious, comfortable rooms, the incredible attention to detail, the grounds and the friendliness of the staff. There is safe swimming with beautiful coral off the sandy beach and places to do yoga if you wish. We could not have had a better time and the BBQ on the beach was a special moment. THANK YOU!!!!
