良かった点 ・レスポンスが早かった ・周りにスーパーや、コンビニ飲食店がたくさん ・駐車場が目の前 ・洗濯洗剤、柔軟剤、食器や家電は一通りある。 悪かった点 ・掃除が全然されてない 口コミにもありましたが、今まで体験したことのない位の掃除のひどさでした。 床はごみだらけで自分で掃除機かけました。窓が汚すぎて外が見えない＆手形とかある。 バスマットは髪の毛だらけ。 ポットは前の人の水が入ったまま。スプーンは変な液が付いてる。 排水溝とかは怖くて見れません。家電もトースターとか汚くて使えないし、レンジも手垢すごいです。寝室は、パキパキ変な音がします。塩を振ってから退室しました。 リピートはまず有りません。

全般的に新しい感じの部屋でよかったです。 歯ブラシのアメニティもありました。 2月末に宿泊しましたが、ヒーターがあれば室内でもそれなりに暖かく過ごすことができました。 ホテルと比べて、家電などの家具が充実していて、広いのがよかったです。 細かいことを言えば、浴室の隅のピンク汚れ、机の下におそらく前の客の残したパンくずのカスがカーペットの下にあって気持ち悪かったです。キッチンの下にコロコロがあったので、自分で掃除しようとしたら、テープがなくてできなかったので、クローゼットの中にあった掃除機で吸いました。また、多くは、フローリングなのですが、黒い靴下を履いていると、少し白っぽくなったのも気になります。 3泊4日宿泊したのですが、ベッド上には、2セットしかタオル類がセットされていませんでした。クローゼットの中にはもう1セットあり、必要分以外は使うなと記載ありましたが、3泊だったので勝手に使わせてもらいました。 バスを使えばバス停が宿の前なので楽ですが地下鉄からのアクセスは悪く、キャリーケースありで雪道ならバスをお勧めします。朝夕の通勤時間は利用者多く座れないこともあります。札幌からのアクセスはまずまずですが広くて景色もよく満足しています。
