"Excellent value, my stay included very good Japanese breakfat and parking. What I like about it is the Japanese spa with sauna. Keep in mind that men and women have separate spa. "
"I like to stay at these adult hotels because you usually end up with more space for the money, Fine Stay was as expected here. Service was good old Japanese style, though mentioning that no cleaning for the day but asking for coffee and new towels did not work. "It’s an old motel, with no dining room, it’s a not appropriate for family or international tourists, the area is limited in transportation services such as taxis or Uber ( not available), but clean, Honestly, I do not know how Expedia offers this motel in it’s portal."

"The area is famouse for the best Matsusaka Beef. Great restaurant is within a walking distance. Convenience store is behind this hotel for any quick bite. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Free breakfast included the local dish, which is a nice touch. Truly enjoyed the stay! "
"While the staff were friendly and the entrance to the hotel seemed nice, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hairs all over the bathroom. The walls were faded and stained in spots. The walls were thin. I could hear children playing across the hall and a group having a drinking party in their room at the other end of the building. In short, it was an old business hotel badly in need of renovation.
