• For everyone’s safety, the building requires guests’ IDs before arrival. After booking, just send us a photo of each guest’s ID.

• Visitors are not allowed.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM. Need flexibility? Let us know and we’ll check availability.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. A penalty fee of one extra daily rate will be charged if violated.

• We are available online from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM for anything you need.

• We accept one small pet (dog or cat) per reservation, with an additional fee. Please confirm before booking.
