I recommend staying at this hotel, there is lots of activities you can do that they offer like trails and zip lines which I think its cool. Breakfast and their restaurant services are also good

Se você quer silêncio, pode correr desse hotel.

Inacreditável a barulheira desse hotel. Pior noite da vida. O hotel estava durante a tarde inteira com britadeira ligada….ninguem avisou que estaria em obras. Por volta das 11:00 d noite, estavam jogando muitas garrafas de vidro no lixo e o barulho estava insuportável. Frigobar faz mt barulho e não dá para dormir. A estrutura do hotel ê boa, porém são muitas coisas que precisam melhorar. Não volto nunca mais para cá……café da manhã às 8 horas só, imagina ter que esperar até as 8. Muuuuuuitos pontos negativos.

Ótimo Hotel

Hotel muito bom, confortável, bonito, cheio de opções de lazer. Ótimo atendimento na recepção e café da manhã. Café da manha excelente. Os chocolates disponíveis na recepção fizeram alegria das crianças. Pontos negativos: a acústica do hotel é muito ruim. Ouvia-se a conversa do quarto ao lado, mesmo as pessoas falando baixo. Esse é o grande defeito. Também achei o atendimento no restaurante muito fraco, demorado e pouco eficiente. No geral a hospedagem foi boa e vale a pena voltar, embora tenham pontos a melhorar.

Agradável

Apesar de antigo o hotel foi reformado, ar condicionado novo, roupas de cama, so acho que o restaurante deveria ser climatizado passei um baita frio jantando não via hora de terminar, e quando fui o restaurante principal estava fechado o que achei um transtorno.

Tivemos uma reclamação do vizinho de quarto sobre o barulho quando estávamos apenas conversando. Eram 20h30 e o pessoal da recepção não conseguiu nos realocar. No dia seguinte o gerente prontamente nos acolheu e ficou tudo resolvido da melhor forma possível. Quanto ao lugar é realmente incrível, um verdadeiro paraiso e o SPA excelente.

Boa opcao, mas precisa melhorar

O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, todavia a entrega do basico deixa a desejar para um hotel que cobra diarias altas. O café de manhã tem pouquissimas opcoes, faltam lugares e nos dois dias faltaram louças para pegar as comidas. As opcoes de chocolate quente/frio deixavam a desejar no quesito apresentacao Um hotel que é de uma marca de chocolate era esperado que as opcoes de chocolate fossem ofertadas em diversos momentos do dia. Ate mesmo como uma forma de conhecer os produtos, todavia isso nao acontece.

Hotel sem roupas de cama e banho adequados. Faltaram toalhas de banho e rosto. Faltou também lençol e fronhas. Disseram que enviariam ao quarto assim que chegassem da lavanderia, porém não entregaram nada. Não deram também o cacau que é oferecido aos hóspedes. Comida sem graça e sem sabor. Hotel está muito descuidado. Não vale o valor cobrado, pois está muito ruim. Parece um hotel 3 estrelas.
