I enjoyed my stay but it is a bit far from other sites of attraction. It is however close to several restaurants and shopping. Staff was really nice and our room was clean. It is great that breakfast is included as well. Our room was a bit small but the great service and cleaning made it a comfortable stay.

Great cost-benefit place! Worth the stay!
Pretty good experience. It's not one of those "international chain hotels", but still a nice place to stay. Rooms are small but well organized. Bathroom was tight but clean. Breakfast was great. Stayed 4 days and can't complain. Excellent location. Try to avoid rooms in front of the street, they can get noisy.

Location, location, location!
If you want to stay in an area where you can walk safely, very near the famous "Vila Madalena" if you like you can even walk to there, or if you do not want, there is a taxi post literally at the door of the Hotel. There you will find the most charming concentration of bars, restaurants and (safe) entertainment, And be prepared to have the breakfasts of your life! And complimentary.. All of which supported by a friendly, accomodating and "non invasive" staff

4 nights stay in Pinheiros, São Paulo
Went for a wedding. Was told it was the second best hotel in area it was fine. Nothing special. The breakfast buffet every morning was fresh and very good but always the same. The shower facility was good. No stand-out amenities. With the help of a friend, they communicated my dry cleaning needs. I had a suit and two shirts dry cleaned and delivered to my room within 24 hours. That was good. Not sure if it would have happened if I didn't have friends who speak perfect Portuguese.

Me deram um upgrade para um quarto maior, e adoramos. Boa cama queen ou king, não me lembro bem, espaçoso e completo. Pra mim, o melhor de tudo é a ducha do banheiro, que garante o melhor banho que já tive. O café é simples, mas com variedade adequada e gostoso. Ótima localização em Pinheiros.

Fiquei 2 noites no hotel com meu namorado e amamos! Eu sou bem chata com limpeza e posso dizer que estava tudo extremamente limpo, além de oferecerem serviço de quarto, quando saímos para passear no outro dia, voltamos e estava tudo limpinho e organizado de novo😍 vi alguns comentários antes falando sobre o ar, que não dava pra desligar, na realidade existe um dispositivo na parede perto da cama onde você consegue controlar o ar, as luzes, tv e som, é através dele que o ar é acionado ou desligado, acredito que algumas pessoas possam não ter visto, pois eu mesma descobri apenas no segundo dia rs, mas estava calor então nada nos incomodou. o hotel oferece tudo que precisamos. indicamos e voltaremos.
