The room was spotlessly clean, great water pressure, spacious and really well stocked little kitchenette. Great location walkable to endless dining options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We had a great one night stay at Macys before hospital appointments and it was quiet, despite being near a main road, with comfortable bedding and was spotlessly clean. The manager was friendly and helpful, all in all a great stay.

Room was immaculately presented along with daily room cleaning! We arrived after 10pm for a late check-in, and the lights in our room were left on so we could find it easy in the dark and rain. The property was well kept, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bathroom is spacious and great, water pressure perfect. From booking to check out, staff were friendly and amazingly helpful, and we thank you dearly. We’ll be back if ever in Tauranga in the future! 10/10
