"The staff here are beyond amazing, from the moment we walked into the hotel we were made welcome and felt like apart of the family. Very helpful with arranging tours and answering any questions we had. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. You could have a coffee anytime day or night and a sweet to go with it! Location was perfect, walking distance to the train station and to the water front but most of all the staff made this stay the best."

"Very well situated hotel, good restaurant near by. Staff friendly and helpful if you have questions. Lovely selection for breakfast, could do with a jug of cold milk though for cereal instead ofveach morning having to ask for it. One young female member of reception gets a very confused though as when giving room number items requested got delivered to another room even though checked room no. 4 times and we never received the request and transfer for going to airport was booked at incorrect time by same member of reception, turned up way too early for us and woke us up! Was re arrange for correct time though later that day. I would go back to this hotel if I come back to Porto in the future"
