"Great location, beautiful place, comfortable beds, tidy rooms, but what really makes this place stand out is Cesar, who is an amazing host: super friendly, helpful, and available 24/7 for anything you need. 100% recommended, will definitely come back when I visit Porto again."

"Lovely place, quiet but well located, friendly and helpful staff. I also found the aromatherapy to be a nice touch. I would stay here again if in Porto. "

"You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time.
Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast."

"Staff was very friendly and anxious to make sure we were happy. The room was spacious, linen and towels were high quality. Hot water cane immediately and shower was so nice. The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit and the orange juice was the best. "

"From start to finish was perfection! Don’t stay anywhere else in Porto! The staff is exceptional and the rooms were beyond good! Clean and beautiful rooms also very large loved the Dyson hairdryer! The breakfast was a huge spread of everything you could think of. I’m just sorry weren’t there longer!"
"I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and chose it because it had a gym and swimming pool. We made aware when we checked in that the gym was closed for maintenance. There was nothing about this on the website when I booked. It was supposed to open during our stay, but it didn’t. Very disappointing.
The rooms were quite big but surprised that we had to pay 4euros for a bottle of water! There was a lot of choice at breakfast but the cooked items under lights were cold. You could have freshly cooked eggs which was quite nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say it was 5 star - 4 star at the most."
"An airport hotel that delivers exactly what you would expect. It was very clean, convenient, and located very close to the metro station. Only downside is the shuttle to the airport did seem to be expensive and unreliable. We took the metro instead."
"A unique concept and in a great location. The room is minimalist, the bed comfortable and has exactly what is needed. The bathroom is modern and very clean. Great water pressure! I didn't miss a TV, closet, dresser, blah blah blah for only 2 nights. The lounge and eating areas are beautiful and comfortable if one wants to sit in a chair with a table. Great value and cool, boutique vibe. I'll be making the ZeroBox hotel group my first choice for stays in Portugal."
"The absolute best thing about the Social Hub Porto is the location. You can literally walk everywhere from there. It has a vibrant feel, the breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. The elevator can be very slow during busy times - 15 minute wait with suitcases. And upon arrival in our car it was completely unclear where to go, where to park, and how to get into the hotel. Something they could work on in the check in instructions. Loved it anyway."
Hotel Jaguar Oporto – is Near the Metro, has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM
10/10 Excellent
"The breakfast was outstanding! Very wide selection from eggs to pastry, toast, yogert, cereal, and even beans and beef stew! Staff were friendly and the shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. Please note that it is about a 30 minute walk to the downtown, but uber is cheap. If it were more centrally located, the hotel would be perfect. But all in all I am happy I was there."
