Das Hotel ist für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Ich wurde immer wieder als Gast hin gehen. Das einzige dass ich vermisst habe, war es die Möglichkeit Trinkwasser zu bekommen. Denn die Cafeteria immer Abend geschlossen war. Danke

The staff could be more lenient towards the guest staff especially at the front desk and they had a waiter before he was very hostile like until they changed him after that the new waiter was understanding and very lenient and pleasant

Felt like I was staying at a cheap motel, it smelled bad and the night assistant did not give me the room I payed for. Bad service and unprofessional. But for good price and in desperation is reliable

I didn’t like the same breakfast every day and the service, sometimes I had to wait for clean towels. But I like the way they clean every day. The room was always clean!!!

Be aware that this place does not accept credit cards so make sure you bring enough cash if you still decide to book at this hotel. The location is a bit sketchy especially at night. You can skip the breakfast because it is a joke. A small piece of sandwich with a little scrambled egg and 2 very small cups of water and juice. But the worst part is the horrible elderly man who serves the food, very unfriendly and mean. Will I stay here again if I come back? Probably not.

El chico de la Recepción nos ignoraba cuando le preguntamos sobre las habitaciones. Nos cobraron una tarifa altísima, diferente a la de Expedia. Las sábanas estaban manchadas, el llavín no funcionaba. Tuvimos que ir dos veces a la recepción a ver qué se podía hacer y aún así, nadie fue s revisar por nosotros. La terraza es tranquila y el señor que prepara la comida fue el único que fue amable y se preocupaba por saber si estabamos bien

I gave them 5 starts, not because it's the best hotel or because it's a 5 start hotel. But for the price I paid this was worth it we only stayed for 10 hours to sleep over night in the city. But the place is close to a lot of places and you get what you pay. If you are looking for luxury don't come here. If you're looking for comfort either but for an economy option to stay over night was perfect.

Al llegar al hotel, nos enviaron a otro hotel porque no tenían habitaciones, y las habitaciones de esta nuevo hotel no cumplían los requerimientos pagados y no tenían toallas

Receptionist is a thief, he was trying to make money, he didnt want to give 2 room with two bed in a room as it was booked on expedia, and using different currency asked more than 46$ saying that this is political rules of hotel. Then they said that there is no free rooms, but i booked by expedia not on property. HOTEL LUIS V - IS MOST BAD AND DIRTY PLACE WITH THIEF ON RECEPTION.

The property has changed ownership (for the better) however, it is in need of repairs. Ex - outlet in room broken. The receptionist could not speak a lick of English. A guest was frustrated and I ended up having ti translate for her. I found a place that is less expensive and much better called RIG Hotels close to Malecon that provided better service, a friendlier staff and amazing breakfast.

This Is A Cheap One
The hotel was not as described online. The tv didn't work, no daily housekeeping, I don't know why they list a restaurant on site as you had to find someone who worked there (menu was hamburguesas,sandwich, platos rapidos and bebidas), there was a light out above the sink and the front only took cash and no debit/credit card. That's not was advertised online.

The room had a strong Oder of ceigratte upon arrival the sheets had iron mold stained on them the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The mirror was never cleaned The jacuzzi never worked Roach in room Had to ask for Bath towels

I had a reservation for a doble b (x 2)room and I only have one Beth not 2 and I been asked for the. Staff for over the counter (more money) extra $ in order to honor my reservations .
