Loved the place! Breakfast amazing and the service. Only thing I got a room with balcony and it was noisy - but I got earplugs =) other than that I would totally go back there. Making sure I request a back room. Amazing choice!

The area is loud, if you cant sleep in noise its a problem. The windows are not sound proof therefore you can hear everything. Overall everything else is good

Staff was courteous and friendly. The location was walkable to plenty of restaurants,bars and shopping. The only part of the hotel I didn’t enjoy was loud music from the clubs until 2 am every night. I kind of expected it after I knew the exact location

It is a very central hotel and accessible to bars and restaurants. The cleanliness wasn't the best but the beds are comfortable and you will have a nice warm shower. If you're looking to party and be within walking distance, this hotel is perfect. If you are bothered by noise and music until the early hours of the morning, it is better to consider another location. The party around easily ends until 3am

This hotel is literally closed to everything! The staff is super nice, the room was excellent. Breakfast is included, so that's a huge plus. I will certainly stay here next time. I knew it was going to be good, but not that good!!! Loved it!

The room, which they called a “royal suite”, was poorly furnished. We don’t even have where to charge our phones. As a workaround we asked for an extension cord to connect it on an outlet behind the bed. They told us they will bring the cord. They later told us the cable was broken and no solution was provided. Personnel, especially in the cafeteria, was gracious and helpful.

Nice hotel in the center of the historic city. A lot of restaurants and bars near by. You don’t need to use car. Everything is in a walking distance

I started staying at the Caribe Colonial Hodelpa about 12 years ago. The staff was always a strong point, and still is. The facilities needed work. Finally, the facilities are very comfortable. The bathrooms have been redesigned and refitted. The Wi-Fi is solid, and the televisions are new. The rooms are small still, but very comfortable. After staying at other hotels and Airbnbs, I'll be choosing this hotel more consistently.
