"Wasn't what I expected. Unable to use pool before 10a. No bathtub, thought I booked a room with a tub. Minibar was out and out banditry! Breakfast was awesome! Was never informed where anything was, restaurant, pool, gym...had to gind it on my own."

Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar en este mismo hotel. Las personas son super amables desde que llegas al lugar. El hotel está muyyyyy bonito por dentro y por fuera. Al igual que la vista que da hacia el mar. El cuarto muyyyyyyy bonito y lo mejor es que siempre lo van a mantener limpio y con mantas nuevas todos los días "

"The resort is wonderful. I stayed for 5 days and I was extremely happy with staff. They are very attentive and always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are very clean. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole vibe was relaxing a overall happy. I will gladly return."

"You can see the ocean yes, but the room is not whats seen in the pictures.. they are outdated.. the front desk agent said he was upgrading us to a king suite instead of the room with the double bed.. we got in the room and the king bed was the only thing nice about the room.. no sheets on the pull out bed..and no free shuttle to airport ask marketing discribes you have to get an uber or taxi.. it not worth it"

"La habitación tenia un fuerte olor a humedad, el aire hacía un ruido espantoso, lo tuvimos 1ue apagar, el lavamanos estaba tapado, tardaba mucho para bajar el agua."

"Staff was lovely and the management was super accommodating; they allowed us an early check in when we initially arrived. We requested a late check out but they were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked. But they did allow us to stay 6 hours after check out snd enjoy the amenities until our flight. I would definitely return."
