Buen hotel pero para estar una o dos noches

La atención fue buena. En general limpio pero galta mantención: pintura en fachada, puertas, limpieza de cielos, etc. El desayuno pobre.

Como en casa

Fue una estadía muy grata. Muy buen servicio y personal muy atento. El desayuno muy bueno el personal muy dispuesto a colaborar. Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza de la habitación excelente. Esta ubicado en un área muy tranquila y cerca de todo.

Overall a great place in a safe location and with easy walk to Metro station. The TV and WiFi were reliable, hot water was never an issue, and rooms were clean. The daily breakfast was one of best we have ever had outside of 5-star accommodations. Neighborhood was safe, a lot of green space, and comfortable environment. Overall a great place for the price.

Excelente estadia

Quando chegamos achamos o hotel simples, mas a medida do tempo que fomos ficando lá gostamos muito! Os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos, principalmente o Francisco, que foi muito atencioso. O quarto é pequeno, mas a cama é muito boa!! roupas de cama, edredom e travesseiros excelentes. Tudo muito limpo e arejado. Vão limpar os quartos todos os dias e deixam sabonete, shampoo e condicionador. O café da manhã é ótimo! Tem leite, café, chá, suco natural de laranja, croissant, pães,bolos e ovos mexidos feitos na hora! Tem secador de cabelo, basta pedir na recepção. A localização é muito boa!!! Próximo do maior shopping, estações de metrô e etc.

Ótima localização

Hotel antigo, porém charmoso. Equipe super atenciosa desde a recepção até o pessoal da copa. O forte do WE hotel é a localização privilegiada, próximo ao comércio e a algumas quadras do Costanera Center, Restaurante Giratório.

We had a wonderful stay at the WE Hotel. The rooms maybe aren't the nicest in the world, but it's got a great location in a beautiful neighborhood, 10 minute walk to a metro station, walking distance of wonderful restaurants. The staff was also amazing, they helped us get around Santiago, gave us advice on things to do, and there was a wonderful breakfast every morning. I would recommend without hesitation.

Hotel with a fair price in Santiago, Chile

Very pleasant stay quiet neighborhood. It is a small hotel not too many rooms with fine attention from the receptionist Javier and excellent continental breakfast while you order the eggs the way you like them. Hotel located near the new big building Costanera Center where you find good restaurants and extensive shopping area.

Ótima localização e pessoal atencioso e prestativo

Ficamos hospedados por 9 dias. O hotel é muito bem localizado, numa região tranquila e próxima do metrô, Costanera Center (um dos maiores shoppings de Santiago), restaurante Giratório, entre outros. O quarto era amplo (quarto familiar) e acomodou a mim, minha esposa e meus dois filhos (14 e 11) com folga. O pessoal do hotel é muito atencioso e prestativo. Fomos muito bem tratados e voltaríamos a ficar hospedados lá, com certeza.
