This hotel is amazing, the rooms are very nice, airy and comfortable, the hotel is fairly new, the staff is super nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the wifi doesn’t really works. I went for work and couldn’t work in the room because the signal was terrible. I was on the fifth floor. So if you are going for work, make sure to be prepared to work from somewhere else.

Great hotel in terms of value, comfort, convenience. Nice rooms great breakfast but no spa or pool. Absolutely prime location in Santiago for shopping and dining. If you are planning on being out and about this is the best option in town.

Perfect weekend in Santiago

This is great place to stay in Santiago. Close to a great number of restaurants and the park, it's located within a shopping centre with all the amenities.

Very nice hotel, located in a shopping center. Te beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The only issue is that the hotel does not have a restaurant and uses one located in the shopping center

My flight arrived before my check in at 3pm - so I got to the property around 9am. When I got there the attendant, barely spoke English so he wasn’t much help. But due to my early arrival I had to upgrade my room ($35 nightly) - I really didn’t want to, but had to because none of the standard rooms were available. And then I also had to pay $90 for early check in. I only did this because the temperature was too cold to stay outside with my elderly parent. I was told the upgraded room had two windows for more of a view but I got no real view only buildings on both sides so it really wasn’t an upgrade. I am pleased with the service I got from Pascale, I think that was her name. Doubt I’ll stay there again

Fantastic hotel

This hotel is GREAT. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Plenty of towels, curtains that cover the huge windows completely, noise-isolated and great view. The hotel is right besides a mall, like, RIGHT besides. You come out of the door and straight into the mall and restaurants which is very convenient. The staff is very helpful and kind. I have no complains or downsides whatsoever about this hotel. I would strongly recommend this NH Collection hotel.

It is a great hotel in a very good location. Areas for improvement (very easy implementation): 1) a king bed requires a night table on both sides. For a reason I can’t understand, only the left side had one. There is plenty of room for that. 2) please put 2 garbage cans in the bedroom. There was only one in the WC. Upon request we got a second one. The hotel looks quite new, and it is really welcoming.
