Really good hotel; staff was superbly efficient. Great food at the restaurant with top service. Perhaps the only issue I had was the rather low water pressure in the shower, which was deemed as ok by the maintenance crew

Pretty much all the people who works at this hotel are so nice and accommodating…the hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, restaurants walk in distance and the hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a fabulous breakfast!!! not to mention parking and a pool!!!

Hotel Director was a great stay and affordable! Vitacura is a nice area to stay- lots of food options and shopping walkable from hotel. Only negative feedback is that the AC wasn't very strong, and there was loud banging in the morning (could have been construction). The staff were amazing- shout out to Gonzalo for going above and beyond for us!

Comfortable in Vitacura

This hotel has everything you need and is in an excellent location which feels very safe and is walkable. The hotel feels a bit “tired” which is offset by the reasonable cost. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Director in Santiago Vitacura during my recent business trip. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the offices I was visiting and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, businesses and restaurants. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated having it available during my stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or leisure in Santiago.

The rooms are a little dated especially the bathrooms. The staff and service were great. Friendly front desk and front doorman. Breakfast was decent. I also like the surroundings of the hotel. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. We wallked to a supermarket Jumbo, they have super fresh fruits and lots of choices of beers at a very good price.

I stayed at Hotel Director in November of 2023 (Thanksgiving week) and I absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, helpful and many speak English, the bar serves great drinks, the location is central to everything in Vitacura- so many restaurants that after a week I couldn’t try them all. Everything is walkable. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The gym was clean and had free weights, a flat bench, elliptical and treadmill- all were always clean and functional. The outdoor space was nice, and although I didn’t use the pool it looked clean each time I passed it. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back to stay here on my next trip to Santiago. What you get for the price is incomparable.

The hotel itself is nice and located in a good neighborhood. However, the staff is not very good. When there was a problem with my room they told me they fixed it, but they had not. When I complained about it again they chose to harp on how I complained and didn't want to deal with the problem until I went down to the front desk myself. They need to train their staff on how to provide better customer service.

Had to wait at check-in after booking through Expedia, as the hotel had not received the information through the system. The hotel is overall pleasant; could use some upgrades, as changing the room doors and including streaming services instead of cable TV. Would recommend.
