A very welcoming and accommodating lodging.

We were early, they worked to get us in our room earlier. The clerk was so friendly and helpful through our whole 3 night stay. The room was comfortable, clean, pretty and a pleasure to stay in - enjoyed the free coffee and made use of the community room downstairs while waiting for our room.

While we enjoyed our stay, the bathroom was a bit tight and the electrical outlets did not all work properly. Otherwise, the hotel was located in close proximity to many of the sites worth seeing.

The location was great but more importantly that although there is not staff at premises, Maria was very responsive to our request for early admit and her assistance on getting around and facilitating our final transport out. It's when you see that people makes the difference in hospitality and Maria it's a great asset to your location.

Nice hotel with great location near the cathedral

Great location right around the corner from the Cathedral. Nice room with a mini fridge. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. Great for post Camino relaxing.

Great location

Pros: Location! Only a couple of doors down from a great cafe, and very close to the Cathedral. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was good. Cons: No AC. The temps were mild while we were there, but the room did get warm in the afternoon sun. I had missed this on the hotel website. We would stay here again, but not during hot days.

Guter Standort, Zimmer in Ordnung, aber in die Tage gekommen. Leider keine Lüftung im Bad, daher machen wohl alle Türen auf -Konsequenz : Moskitos nachts.

Our room was in a separated patio and was really big but humid and cold. You could smell humidity everywhere especially in the bathroom which hadn't nor a window or a fan. Maybe our room was a little bit older than the ones seen in the photos. The staff has been really helpful and nice and breakfast was good and rich

Loved this little hotel and the service was fantastic. Nicely refurbished and comfy beds, bathrooms clean and complete with bath too. Quiet and fantastic location right on the edge of old town easy walk to the cathedral and plenty of cafe, restaurants just a minutes walk away. Lovely park across the road which leads to the main pedestrian walkway to cathedral full of shops/restaurants

Best hotel in Santiago!

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip to Spain. Checkin was a breeze. Room was smallish but had a window looking out to beautiful Santiago houses and was well-furnished and clean. Plenty of closet space available. Bathroom was smallish also but more than adequate. Free bottle of water upon arrival. The room was quiet at night and lovely. WiFi worked perfectly. Ample breakfast was included. Bread, tomato, ham, and cheese (Spanish staples) plus fresh fruit, cereal, coffee and tea, yogurt, juices, and milk. Best breakfast we had in a hotel in Spain. Hotel is close to all major attractions in Santiago, and close to public transport if needed. Desk was also helpful with advice and information (e.g. they printed out the Renfe schedule for a trip we took to A Coruña). There is a laundromat two doors down. Check out was also a breeze. Very friendly staff. Feels like a pension but it is truly a hotel. Excellent. Highly recommended!
