"Property was very well located, as two of us were participating in the Bracebridge triathlon/ duathlon. Road was quiet, and having a dock right across the street was very useful! The living space was large, and the kitchen was equipped with necessary essentials. There are 2 portable AC units which kept the common areas cool, but the bedrooms did get quite warm at night even with the doors open. The floor was had some dirt on it when we arrived, but that was easily remediated with some vacuuming. Sheets and towels were clean and had enough for our 7 guests. The smart TV had netflix accessible which was a great way to unwind in the evening and a nice touch.Host was responsive and easy to talk to, and was very kind in offering flexibility in the check-out time which we greatly appreciated!"

"Awesome location and property - definitely not as expected for size of property and area based on photos. Busier channel of water than expected, but kids still had a blast in the lake. The friendly neighbor Jim made our stay incredible as he was able to help out with any small hiccups and kept the water toys inflated for the kids. Would recommend this property to families particularly with “teenage” kids! The host was easy to contact and was helpful with any questions/concerns we had. Everyone had a wonderful vacation at the cottage!"
