"From check in to check out the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel admin., maintenance (gladly helped with fixing a toy for a child, which is not their job) , housekeeping, pool staff. The outdoor restraunt food was amazing, we tried almost everything on the menu. The amentities were above and beyond. I will say i never stepped foot in the gym, lol. And the free breakfast could use biscuits and gravy or waffles. They do have a free filtered water bottle filler in the lobby which is nice. 2nd time to stay here and would stay again! "

"Overall this is a great place and would certainly stay again. The only issue was the room was not swept/mopped prior to our checking in. I understand the beach sand is hard to clean but there was literally a pile of sand in the room. My suggestion to help with this is to provide a broom in every room. This would be a wonderful solution for guests and it would help the cleaning staff. "

"My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. Leah, you have no idea what your generosity did for my sanity. ❤️ muchbetter.idbetter.sd. "
