- (Entire downstairs) Relax with the whole family at the 30A Lake ’N’ Beach House. This centrally located 2 bed 1 bath duplex is sprawled across an acre-sized lakefront property co-located with one of the nation’s top water ski schools, and only 1 mile from the beautiful beaches of 30A.
The cozy design of this lake house by the beach will ensure a pleasant stay, although the real highlight is the breathtaking views from your private patio and the white sand beaches of the emerald coast.
The space
You will have plenty of parking for two vehicles on the front side of the lake house.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire acre of lakefront property which includes a lakeside fire pit with chairs, hammock, BBQ with seating, and plenty of shoreline to walk.
