O hotel tem ótima localização, pessoal de atendimento muito solicito, é limpo e o quarto é confortável. O hotel não é novo, mas com a recepção e algumas áreas que parecem ter sido renovadas recentemente. O café da manhã é bom, embora simples. Certamente vale o valor da diária.

O check in foi super rápido, atendentes atenciosos e educados, com destaque para o Rodrigo. Quarto limpo e confortavel, exceto pela parte de tras da cama, meu tablet caiu e precisei arredar e estava com bastante poeira. Quarto agradavel, com microondas, mas sem xicaras, copos e nem talheres. Silencioso até as 6h da manha quando as arrumadeiras arrastam os móveis e fazem barulho. Mas em geral muito bom! Ar condicionado quente, muito importante devido ao frio que estava fazendo!

ABSURSO!

Sou cliente a muitos anos, porém nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel. Quando estávamos indo embora foi nos solicitado o pagamento de uma taxa no valor de R$20,00 reais devido a toalha de banho estar com resquício de maquiagem. Achei um absurdo, pois nunca em toda a minha vida tive essa experiência. O hotel não disponibiliza toalhas especial para maquiagem da cor preta, não coloca informações visíveis sobre isso e faz essa cobrança. Péssimo, nunca mais!
