Precisa melhorar a limpeza com urgência

Contra: O quarto estava MUITO sujo. O chão parecia que nunca havia uma vassoura. Havia tanto pó nos armários que nossas roupas ficaram sujas. Além disso, o frigobar estava IMUNDO. Eu fiquei impressionada com tamanha sujeira em todo ele. Não sei como conseguiram deixar naquele estado. O café da manhã estava muito cheio e desorganizado. Os itens que acabava eram repostos sem muita demora. O preço da diária deu acesso a dois ingressos para as termas, porém, não havia opção mais barata de diária sem estes ingressos. Prós: localização para o fim a que destinava, café da manhã variado, quarto amplo, restaurante no hotel. Pedimos uma tapioca para o lanche da tarde tão grande e tão recheada que serviria facilmente como uma janta para duas pessoas.
