"Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable."

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."
