I want to complain about this hotel,it was short staffed and I'm handicapped and there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper in the suite we had! My mother in law and Sister are all seniors and have arthritis per it being very difficult,I'm very disappointed in my time there. Sincerely Debra Oskins

This property had individuals doing drugs outside near our room. I have small children and they were scared to stay there. We checked out. Andrew at the front desk however was very accommodating and kind.

The room was clean and adequate. The outside of the building is filthy. We were on the 2nd floor with our little dog and the stairway closest to our room was blocked off. The breakfast did not have the variety as at other LaQuintas. We will not stay at the Sante Fe LaQuinta again.

I am extremely dissatisfied. We stayed at this hotel (La Quinta) on April 26-28, 2024. I booked and prepaid 13 rooms via Expedia. During my stay at the hotel, La Quinta charged for 2 of the rooms that I had booked and paid for already via Expedia. As a result La Quinta charged $326.44 to my credit card.During my stay I asked twice for a reimbursement from the La Quinta personnel and I still haven’t been reimbursed for two rooms La Quinta charged me for even though I had prepaid them via Expedia. I am extremely dissatisfied.

There was no WiFi for the 4 nights and 5 days stay. We were only informed that WiFi is not available upon check in . There was no proper disclosure of WiFi issues when booking or room reservation in Expedia app. Room towels are changed and room cleaning are done every 3 days. The Inn has only double beds that are not convenient for a couple. Carpets need to be replaced. The smell triggers my asthma. Very disappointed with our stay!

I am very sorry to say but this La Quinta Inn was dirty and old and really needs a complete make over. The floors and carpets are just plain dirty and old. I was informed when I got there, after pre-paying, that the WiFi was not working. WiFi was critical for my visit to Santa Fe on this trip. There was no cleaning service. No one checked my room or changed anything the four days I was there. It was the poorest hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I would tell people not to go under any circumstances.

Probably wouldn’t stay here. I was in a pinch. It’s a very congested area with heavy traffic property was OK on the inside however, the outside was dirty. I had my dog and there was really nowhere for her to go potty. I would read this property is average at best.

I have stayed at this property at least 10 times over the last dozen or so years. Each time it has seemed more run down. This time was the worst: serious need of painting, electrical outlets that did not work, exit signs barely hanging from their mountings, filthy pool. Facility advertises complimentary wi-fi but this was not available. Per one employee, wi-fi has been down for as long as she has worked at the facility (several months). Poor condition of the property can only be due to lack of corporate support. Location is great but I'll check out other hotels in future visits to Santa Fe.

The wifi was out and we found out that it'd been out for over six months period so we had to go to public places to do our for many hours each day. We had a large dog stay next to us in an enjoying room.It marked 42 nights and one day. We have stayed in this hotel for ten plus years but we will now look for a new place.

Arrived to find a sign saying the WiFi was not available - it’s “being repaired” That seems impossible in 2024.
