The original charm of this authentic casa has been preserved while many comfortable and practical updates have been added including all new furnishings and updated plumbing. With the hand troweled plaster walls, authentic viga ceilings to the kiva fireplace you know that you are staying in a part of true Santa Fe history.
There is year-round comfort in this home: beyond a working kiva fireplace in the living room there are heating/cooling units throughout the casa, which is all on one level. The indoor dining area opens up into a charming patio complete with a gas grill and shaded seating for outdoor dining. The private patio with a garden has dining furniture for up to four and extra seating for relaxing and enjoying Santa Fe’s world-famous skies. The full kitchen is well equipped to do anything from heating up your Santa Fe specialties to cooking a complete meal. The dining and kitchen windows offer a morning view of Santa Fe’s foothills and lovely sunrises. There is a stackable laundry conveniently tucked away in the kitchen, and yes there is a carport for off street parking that can fit two vehicles.
