The staff was very friendly; the rooms and overall resort was very clean. The resort abuts the beach with clear ocean water; it only requires walking down some stairs or ramp. I was only going to stay one night but extended my stay to 4 days. The breakfast buffet was my favorite followed by the lunch buffet. The dinner tasted okay. But overall the all inclusive option is worth it.
Staff especially in kids club/ entertainment very friendly and kids loved them
Right from day one our holiday was perfect.The rooms were clean and comfortable (only flaw was mattresses were a bit hard) and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how quickly we were checked in.The lady at the desk was very welcoming. The food was lovely.Lots of choices and although it seemed busy, the turnover was very quick so always found a table (family of 6!). The animacion team were brilliant with the children and put lots of effort in with the entertainment. Finally we were very impressed with photographer Symone and his team.They took some superb photos! We had a great stay, thank you.
The location is fantastic, at a beautiful bay with a lovely beach. The hotel club stretches over a huge area, and everything is kept meticulously clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful; reception staff speak multiple languages! The breakfast area gets very crowded at certain times, especially when the weather doesn't allow for outside seating. Also the gym was too crowded at times; maybe it should be for adults only to reduce the number of guests in there.
Beautifully positioned hotel with a glorious beach. We were lucky with amazing weather and our room was right next to the beach. It is a large complex with buildings of different ages though everywhere seemed well kept at least externally. We went at a quieter time of year. I can imagine it to be really busy in the summer esp at breakfast, but we had a very good experience. Staff who we encountered were lovely and everywhere was spotless.
