"Kitchen staff were amazing. We really had a great food. But front desk and cleaning team were horrible. Imagine you’re staying at Ibiza sleeping late but 8 in the morning cleaning staff knocking doors making gossip about their coworkers loudly. Very poor management. Property is located very nice spot to access sea."

"A fantastic holiday with our 1 year old. Massive sized rooms and hotel looks huge from the outside which worried us it could be busy but doesn’t feel that busy as rooms are so big. Great location walking distance from the marina with lots of restaurants, super markets and the beach. Staff were amazing and always welcoming in every department. Very family oriented hotel but not tacky like many other family hotels out there. Santa Eulàlia is a great location for families who want to avoid the party side of the island but still have a great atmosphere. Only downside is how expensive the food and drink is at the hotel. €6.50 for a bottle of water at the bar at night and €11.90 for a milkshake! I do expect to pay more on holiday but that seems excessive! We went to the supermarket for waters and other snacks in the end! All round though we loved it and wished we had stayed for longer."

"Location was amazing. Staff incredibly helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was nice to have. The access to the water was not as we understood it, it’s a public beach across the way from the hotel, no dedicated space for hotel guests, no chair’s umbrella’s etc. so that was not as advertised. However the pool is right next to the water and beautiful views. Breakfast was wonderful on the terrace with the gorgeous unobstructed view. The room was fine, clean with a small balcony. The parking was convenient but walking distance from hotel which is fine. The only complaint is the decor. It felt like they found an estate sale of old monotony furniture and filled the spaces. For a seafront villa-like hotel, that has beautiful marble and elegance, old red carpets and old brown furniture was disappointing. Hire a decorator ASAP!! You guys will be even more popular, trust me."

"Really nice hotel. Room was clean, although there was a slight air-con leak in our room and the iron I asked for never arrived. Gym is small but reasonably equipped. WiFi not good in some parts of the hotel, couldn't get it in breakfast area or roof terrace."

"The villa is gorgeous with a number of well equipped outdoor terraces to enjoy . It’s very spacious so lots of room for our family of 4 with visiting guests without ever feeling cramped . It’s immaculate in terms of cleanliness, the outdoor gardens and pool area are wonderful and very well maintained . Beds are super roomy and super comfy !! Ana is a fantastic gracious host , never intrusive but always available to help when you need her . I couldn’t fault this accommodation and have been back several times now . Santa Eulalia is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful island of Ibiza ."
