. You are only a short walk to old town, to lots of restaurants, stores and the marina. The staff is amazing! From the spa, to the front desk, restaurant, rooftop, pool… they are all professional, kind and ready to help you with anything you need. "Arrived at the hotel a day late after the airline cancelled our flight and was told the hotel had given our

view room to another family ( very frustrating) but they sorted another room which turned out to be a better one for us a family of 5. Very good buffet food, loads of choice and different themes most nights. Loads for kids to do and pirate island was a big hit. Evening entertainment was always good. Right on the

and night life of Santa Eulalia. Staff were excellent and attentive which made our stay even more enjoyable - they were great with my toddler. The only downfall is that as we were leaving, the hotel got incredibly busy and started to make the place feel a bit cramped. Overall, a great experience and would stay again. "

"I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Congrats! The location is really good. The hotel is surrounded by trees, on the

and has nice views. Ibiza is not a big island, so wherever you want to go, it will never take you more than 45'. Parking was free. I found the room fairly small, that's why we upgraded after the 1st night, and also paid extra for the rooftop pool, which I would highly recommend. The buffets...
