There was a very dirty lobby. Absolutely NO housekeeping service during my 3 day stay. Very poor lighting in room..only ONE elevator. Check in clerk was too busy chit chatting with a friend while barely acknowdging my presence,no please thank you or common courtesy. Poor location with truck backup noises & right by freeway with high speed roaring traffic. I am sorry to have booked 3 nights here

We asked for another towel and reluctantly it was given, told only 1 per room! Floor in room was coming apart! Dirty blanket, comforter was torn, pillow cases had stains! Never again! Nor will I ever recommend!!

I would like to share the information during my current stay there. The rooms need remodeling, furniture is falling apart,microwave and mini frig look to be over 20 years old. Bathrooms are straight out of the 70’s and white stained bath towels in bathroom.

Somewhat difficult to characterize the contrasts at this property, as it appears the very friendly and kind staff are trying to make the best of a very tired and worn facility. From the duct tape wrapped around the pipe leading to the showerhead, a damaged microwave that looked like somebody had hit it with a hammer, old tired common areas and a parking lot in need of maintenance just don’t make a very good impression. I used this as a place to sleep only and it certainly worked for that, but I really couldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

There is smell of weed everywhere, including in my "non-smoking" room. Not your typical weed smell in a lot of public places and hotels; this is dense and all-pervasive. There is no water fountain, no water bottles on sale or for free, no water bottle in the vending machine. Water is essential -- the bathroom faucet is nor confidence inspiring. The sheets, towels, bathroom etc were not that great, but that is ok given the price. Even the stains on the bedcovers I could live with. But no water and the thick smell of weed are not ok.
