"I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Havana Vieja. The hotel itself was really nicely decorated and extremely clean. The room was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in Cuba. Various courses and far more creative than the standard Cuban breakfast. All the staff spoke really good English and were so friendly and helpful. They even helped by listening to some voice messages I had to help me translate them and reply so that I could organise my transport. On the night I arrived I didn’t want to go out for the evening so the barman sat and chatted with me, keeping me company and telling me the history of Cuba. A fantastic hotel! I will certainly be staying here again next time I go to Havana. "

"This wasn't a hotel, this felt like home. The staff are amazing. Jorge treated me well. Adrian was the night shift, he and I chatted all night. Vanessa was there during the day. The food is incredible. My room was cleaned every day. They arranged for me to sight see and take tours. My phone was stolen at the beach in Varadero (2 hours away). Vanessa offered to have me use her phone to call my family. She organized a taxi for me to get a phone and SIM card while I was there. The next day was my birthday and I was a little sad because I lost my phone. They made cake and sang for me on my birthday. They made sure I felt at home. The place was quite. The first floor is the lobby and eating area. The 4th floor is the roof top where you have breath-taking views. The hotel is in walking distance of Malecon. I was walking there at 10PM and at 5AM. I felt completely safe! Sit and talk with the staff about the background and culture. It's a free experience and you will learn a lot! I am planning to return to Cuba and will stay here again. This was an amazing experience because of the hotel staff. "

"Great place to stay. Simple and comfortable. Right near the heart of Old Havana, just about an 8-minute walk to Plaza Vieja. And the proprietor was so very helpful and friendly about advice on the city and making arrangements for cabs and tours and other needs of a traveler. Wonderful breakfast was included, many fruits, coffee, eggs, good bread. Room was simple and nice, with a very effective air-conditioner and shower, which helped quite a bit in dealing with the city's heat. Thanks to Juno for all the help. Great bargain and very nice place to stay."

"The property is located in the center of Havana so most of the top spots of the city are in walking distance. The room was very quiet with a spacious outdoor private bathroom. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. I recomend this property."

"This is absolutely a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Havana! It is beautiful, comfortable and every single staff member is a delight!! The decorations in the property are so unique, everywhere you turn there is something interesting to look at. The staff members are so helpful, even when there was a language barrier, we worked through it together and laughed. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant across the street we feel in love with and dined there several times. I could not recommend La Villa Teresa enough if you are looking to adventure in Havana."

"We really enjoyed the Art Boutique Havana. Beatriz was especially helpful in arranging the best tour guide ever, Orlando who was a history professor with perfect English and he took us around in his classic car. The room was very clean and I thought the bed was very comfortable. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance as well as museums, and the Prado for the weekend art show. "
