La comida del restaurant del hotel—el Bi Nisa—es muy buena. Es una mezcla de proteínas a la carta con buffet de acompañamientos. La calidad es mucho mejor que restaurantes de especialidad de otros resorts en los que tienes que hacer reservación y te ponen restricciones. Ofrecen rib eye, filetes, salmon, pulpo, camarones, etc. A la hora del desayuno el sistema es similar y también de buena calidad. La variedad de la comida del club de playa no es la mejor pero tiene calidad aceptable. Tiene 2 albercas grandes y cómodas. El club de playa es muy bonito y tiene una vista impresionante. La playa es una piscina natural en la bahía de Santa Cruz dónde todos pueden nadar. Mi habitación fue una Master Suite en el último piso. Estuvo excepcional. Alberca privada y una vista que difícilmente encuentras en otro lugar y menos a ese precio. La amamos. El sofá cama nonfue muy cómodo. Finalmente, el servicio es incomparable. Todos te tratan como a gente importante y no somos extranjeros. Los del bar te preparan bebidas con licor de buena calidad y con boita presentación. Los meseros dan su mejor servicio y la gente del concierge y de limpieza son grandiosos. Los que más sobresalieron fueron los de recepción. No recuerdo sus nombres pero el chico de la mañana y la chica de la tarde de verdad dan el extra. Nos encantó. "

There was a hurricane when we stayed and property manager kept checking with us to make sure we were both okay, sent emergency numbers and made sure we had someone else in the building when we were there should anything arise. Everything you would need in kitchen and we did eat in most of the time as my daughter struggles with gluten and dairy. Washer and dryer worked well. View absolutely gorgeous. Space really nice. Close to anything you could want or need. The stay was perfect "

"This place was great for our visit! It is close to La playa entrega and you can walk there or drive down the hill and park!It had a lot of space and incredible views! The pool was great for our family. There are a few improvements that should be noted. We asked ahead and were told we would have drinking water but it was nearly empty on arrival. When asking management they said to have the gate keeper fill it but there was no gate keeper and when he arrived he was unable to. Additionally, we only had a gate keeper one time in the 5 days we stayed. This would have helped when asking where to put trash or to find a plunger for toilet as there wasn’t one in the apartment. At times getting response from the management took hours. The gate was almost always locked but was sometimes left open. There were also some things in the apartment that are worth mentioning. The oven was not screwed into the wall and came out when opening it and there was an electrical box on the terrace that came out when using it. There was a glass door to a toilet (strange).The main shower sprays water into the floor of the bathroom and the bedroom door opens directly into the shower so privacy can be a challenge. There were no hand locks on any of the doors so they all required keys to be locked from the inside which was unusual. This also applied to the front door so it could not be locked if someone was staying behind or people could not get out if they were locked in (a fire hazard). it "
