"I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel management regarding billing and customer service. My confirmed reservation rate through Expedia was $1,643.04. However, upon check-in, the hotel charged me $1,866.33 instead. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, instead of trying to resolve the matter professionally, I was told that “this is our hotel, not an Expedia hotel,” and that they could “charge whatever they want.” I found this response extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expected transparency, honesty, and respect for the confirmed booking rate. Unfortunately, the management showed no willingness to assist or honor the agreed-upon price. This experience left me very frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise future guests to carefully review all charges and be cautious when booking through third-party platforms, as the hotel may not honor the confirmed reservation rate"

"Definitivamente mas de lo que esperábamos Desde la llegada el trato del los anfitriones, el departamento bien diseñado, decorado, limpio bien ubicado y con una maravillosa vista a la playa Marbella Recomendable 200% Volvería a hospedarme en el Bondo todas las veces que regrese a Cartagena de Indias !!!"

"Stayed for 3 days with my family, we enjoyed the facility and the staff was friendly. The only thing is the pool on the main level closes at 6 or 7pm. The rooftop pool closes at 12am but it was not kid friendly in my opinion. More a younger adult only crowd and it’s a small space. Overall had a good experience and would recommend this hotel."
