I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and at this point, it truly feels like a second home. This trip was to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a thoughtful gesture — they sent a small cake to my room along with a birthday card. I honestly wasn’t expecting it, and it meant so much. It was such a beautiful and genuine touch. The staff consistently makes me feel welcome, and that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else. The only downside during this stay was that the breakfast host was not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall, my experience continues to be wonderful.

Clean rooms. Pool’s amazing. Great food and service. You do have to pay $30,000 pesos to sit at the beach. Beach vendors cross over the rope to try to sell you something or the massage people just start rubbing you which should be controlled better by the beach attendant.
