"I would definitely stay here again!! I loved the charm of the inn, the warm cookies, the availability of the bicycles, the cleanliness and clean smell of the room/bathroom, and the gentleman who worked in the evening was excellent!!! The gentleman who checked us in was not very gracious at all."

"The front desk personnel were really good, but the housekeeping service was a disappointment. The room was quite spacious and fairly nice, but it lack at least the basic amenities. No simple complimentary lotion, assorted teas, etc. I think this part reflects on the housekeeping service. The plus side of the hotel is the front desk personnel. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel should review their housekeeping services. One area of deficiency should not affect the overall performance of the company (Hyatt Place hotel)."
