This is an older property so the walls are really thin. The first room we got was next to a room where someone had a chronic cough. Although they were booked solid, the front desk manager changed our room and moved our bags while we were out for dinner which was really considerate. We had a good nights sleep and the bed was actually pretty comfy. If you’re looking for clean accommodations for a moderate price, I would recommend this venue.

They tried to put me in a small, substandard corner room. Then they put me in an identical room at the opposite end of the hall. Third time got me a room that was almost standard, and i gave up

Room was clean but a bit rikkety. Breakfast not being offered even though it was included with the booking. They offered a coupon from the nearby Dennys but the receptionist didn’t know how much the discount was. Good location for our purposes but not very close to the beach. Overall good value for money compared to other hotel prices in the area.

I believe the website states “breakfast included” it was not. The rooms were noisy and smelled. It’s a lot of money for more of a motel 6 feel. I would not stay here again

I often stay at this hotel when in Santa Barbara. I come here abit 3 times a year. It is super close to everything. Staff is so pleasant. It has very large rooms and all rooms center around the pool area.

This was very good for the price of the room. The pool was nice and the area was very very safe. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very convenient. If given the chance and I am up in Santa Barbara again, I would gladly stay there.

Everything was good, but the main concern was the temperature. It would be at the ideal temperature, suddenly it would get extremely hot, and then drop to cold.

The room was clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue was I booked this because it came with breakfast. On arrival, I was told no they are renovating and gave me a list of where I could buy breakfast.

Noise and location are an issue!
Walls in this hotel are paper thin. Noise from other guests, including kids shouting and doors slamming - was a big problem until very late at night and started again very early in the morning. Location is not from walking distance to anything, so all in all I cannot recommend this hotel for any reason!
