The wait staff could do a better job. Maybe that’s because I’m used to American standards. Maybe management can be more involved and ask diners how everything is tasting, etc… They are missing a “Wow” opportunity here, and it doesn’t cost them anything. I very much liked the location, and the cleanliness. Also, front desk staff were nice.

This is a comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly & helpful staff. My room was spacious with a nice, comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Generally it was pretty clean although the cupboard where I put my clothes was damp and this caused the room (and my clothes) to smell. When I raised a concern about my air conditioning unit, the staff were happy to help and did so promptly. As I have a gluten intolerance I was a bit limited in what I could eat from the menu (including for breakfast, which was included in the price). However, if I had specifically explained my intolerance at the start of my stay, they may have been able to accommodate me better.

The views for dinning was amazing. The menu was lacking some foods. Did not offer fruits like papaya and other items in the menu were not available. It was difficult to find by car. I enjoyed the rooms but not the view, I saw a roof that needed repaired. I would stay again. Price was good.

Its an older hotel, the room need more cleaning, the coffee maker is on the side table which is difficult to put your stuff, they should have small table for coffee machine. The view in this hotel is amazing, specially for sunrise and sunset. Overall nice place to stay specially if you have car.
