Room was clean, water was hot. The staff was extremely helpful, and we had a very nice visit with the managing owners. They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area. A spacious grand restaurant and hearty breakfast to start the day. They also operate the Alicante Hot Springs just down the road, that also a wonderful stop in our travels.

Amazing hotel, Beautiful rustic look. Breakfast was included and it’s 3 minutes away from Cafe Albania and 8 minutes away from Ataco colorful town. Staff was polite and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, hot water and excellent WiFi. Its green scenery was gorgeous!

Hotel Alicante is such a beautiful place, nestled in a large scenic property and new the lake. It was perfect for my family as we wanted a nice, safe, and quiet place where we could also spend time walking around the property and enjoying great food. My kids were able to do horse back riding and riding on ATVs there too. Highly recommend!

The king suite was comfortable, with chairs on the porch. Breakfast was enjoyable both in the restaurant and served in the garden. The grounds include a wildlife sanctuary and horseback rides are an option. The complementary mud exfoliation at the Alicante Montana Hot Springs was an unexpected bonus. *Fun fact: they grow their own coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of our host, Geraldo!

Breakfast was good, the male server was very friendly and welcoming. During check in staff was not very kind especially the front desk lady she was very unprofessional. When we entered the room there was a couple bugs immediately. Unfortunately we couldn’t leave due to the harsh weather conditions so we decided to just keep the booking and stay there.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The room was decorated nicely. The bathroom tub had dirt in it. It was almost like the room had been cleaned several weeks ago. The bathroom had two lights and one of them flickered, we showed it to the gal and she basically just told us not to use it. One of the lights in the bedroom was missing a cover. The room was close to the road so was noisy. We toured the animal sanctuary and that was cute. The breakfast was good.
