The property is a quiet neighbourhood neighbourhood and very clean. The building is maintained well but no lift/elevator to take heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. This didn’t bother us since we had relatively smaller luggage after making the decision to travel light. We knew we had a few trains & buses to board, so travelling light is the way to go.

Great location, the room was comfortable and looked like the photos, staff were really friendly.

Great location close to the main square, easy 10minute walk from the ferries. Great communication, also gave us recommendations of where to eat. We were met in the square and showed where to go, added bonus he carried my luggage. Appartment is compact but well layed out, i put my clothes up stairs and had my own 'get ready' area. Bathroom is nice with a great waterfall shower. Clean and tidy. Happily reccomend to anyone visting amalfi

What reads as Maoiri, is actually 6 km around on the coastline devoid of neighbours and noise. The 6 villa complex is modern and clean with views to the sea and a mountain range at your back. The owners restaurant is 600m up the road which is splendid in its current state, let alone location right upon the cliff face. Nice place with amazing views

Everything worked out beautifully for us at this guest house. We need not have worried about the lack of a lift at this guest house; a staff member took our suitcases AND back-packs from us and carried them up the stairs, and back down when we were leaving. No problems, no asking. The breakfasts were well-priced at 6 euros each. The carrot, orange and lemon juice was particularly good.

Room was clean and large and location was perfect. We had a balcony as well with a view of surrounding Sorrento. Antonio was so helpful throughout the whole of our stay. Highly recommended.

I am a regular traveller, and Elys Suites provided the best hotel service I’ve had in many years. Their staff, particularly Ginevra, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, leaving biscuits and access to a coffee machine in the common area of the hotel. The room itself was massive, extremely clean and had the best shower ever. The location also could not be beat. You’re right in the heart of Sorrento, a 10-minute walk from the train station and there are ample highly rated restaurants...

Fantastic place. Feels brand new (Sep ‘26), very cute and great staff. I got one of the rooftop rooms which was so nice. Lovely outside area to sit at, very specious room, very close to the beach clubs and the old city centre. Beds and linen were very nice, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. I would definitely come back.

Spacious room with modern amenities. Central location with easy walk from Centrale station and close to key attractions in the historic district. Anna was very helpful with proactive communication, always one step ahead and provide some great tips and resources for getting around the local area.
