We only picked this little “home” hotel because it was a 6 min walking distance to the airport. (220 yards/200m). It is located in a small side street of from Viale Fulco Ruffi di Calabrian Rd. The lady/owner who greeted us was very friendly and helpful :) The room was modern, spotless clean and the sheets smelled wonderful fresh. It was as shown in the pictures. They also have a roof top terrace accessible for the guests. Unfortunately it was already to cold to sit up there.

Recommended!
We had a very early flight, so stayed here the night before. Our transportation driver called the owner 10 mins prior to our arrival, and he met us outside, and let us checked in even though we were early. The room is small, but clean, and even has a kitchenette with a clothes washer/drier for those who needs it. Location is a little sketchy, but for one night, it was just what we needed. I recommend this for people who needs a place to stay before their flight. Airport is only a 10 minute walk.

Hot water wasn’t working. There was no staff in the building to help out. We were only there for a short stay before taking a plane. Wouldn’t recommend staying there for anything other than it’s convenient access to the airport.

Disappointing service level.
Convenience to be able to walk to airport was nice but the lack of responsiveness (not answering the phone) and having to wait for someone to show up to let us in was unacceptable. The location is sketchy (which they can't do anything about) but having to wait outside in such an area is just not acceptable. Especially with a family and luggage. Also there was no hot water at first and they needed to resolve it with the owner. This review could have been a 4 out of 5 if they simply answered the phone. We called the day before, the day of and when we arrived and no one ever answered. Appears this is a common complaint.
