"The staff provide go above and beyond with their excellent customer service to make sure our stay is comfortable and efficient. While we had to change rooms twice due to uneasiness with a strange pattern on the curtains, dirty sink area, and broken refrigerator, the staff was very understanding by getting us a much better room and making sure everything was comfortable.
